Delaney & Company is a small privately owned boutique real estate corporation located in Bozeman, Montana. The owners Michael Delaney and Ileana Indreland, a husband and wife team, bring a wide range of expertise to their Real Estate business.
Delaney & Company Incorporated was established July 1980 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and specializes in the redevelopment and ownership of historical properties in downtown Bozeman, Montana as well as residential, commercial and land developments.
Ileana Indreland
Ileana, Managing Broker of Delaney and Company grew up on a ranch between Livingston and Bozeman, Montana and has been selling real estate in the area since 1981. She built her early career specializing in selling unique properties and earned her spot as a multi-million-dollar producer. Ileana is now involved with her husband in the real estate development business.
Michael Delaney
Michael has been actively involved in the real estate development business in the Bozeman area since 1980. Mike moved to Bozeman from Hawaii having many years of commercial real estate experience there. The primary focus of Delaney and Company is working on developing properties in which he and his wife Ileana are principals.
Minnie & Milly
Meet Delaney & Company's "Good Will Ambassadors". Milly has been with the office since she was a puppy and enjoys greeting clients and brokering deals. Minnie is newest addition. She is full of excitement and is ready to give her love the minute you walk in the door.
